Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by DepotIQ Inc. (“DepotIQ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.DepotIQ provides warehouse intelligence software, including computer vision analysis, predictive AI, and optimization tools for warehouse operations.
2. Description of Services
DepotIQ provides an AI-powered warehouse intelligence platform that includes computer vision layout analysis, predictive bottleneck detection, dynamic pick-path routing, inventory flow forecasting, and shift performance analytics. Our services are designed for warehouse operators, fulfillment centers, 3PL providers, and distribution centers. Access to specific features depends on your subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
To use DepotIQ, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use DepotIQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to process data you do not have the right to use, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models, or interfere with the operation of our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Data and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all data you upload to DepotIQ. We process your data solely to provide and improve our services. All intellectual property in the DepotIQ platform, including AI models, algorithms, and software, remains the property of DepotIQ Inc.. Aggregated, anonymized insights derived from platform usage may be used to improve our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DepotIQ Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DepotIQ. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim. DepotIQ provides operational recommendations based on data analysis; final operational decisions remain the responsibility of the user.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
DepotIQ collects information you provide directly (name, email, company information, facility details), data generated through your use of our platform (warehouse sensor data, camera feeds, operational metrics, pick-path data), and technical information (IP address, browser type, device information). Camera and sensor data is processed primarily on edge devices within your facility, with aggregated analytics transmitted to our cloud infrastructure.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve DepotIQ services, including generating layout recommendations, predicting bottlenecks, optimizing pick paths, and producing analytics reports. We also use information to communicate with you about your account, provide customer support, and send service-related notifications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, SOC 2 compliance, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Edge compute units process sensitive camera data locally, minimizing data transmission. Our cloud infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 certified providers.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Operational data (pick paths, throughput metrics) is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Raw camera feeds are processed in real-time on edge devices and are not stored in our cloud infrastructure. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting dpo@depotiq.co.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also have the right to restrict or object to certain processing activities. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@depotiq.co.
